Chiung Ting Chang

Chiung Chang received her MA at the Institute of National Development, National Taiwan University in 1999.  She worked as an assistant research fellow in the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research from 1999-2001, and was a lecturer in Environmental Economics at the UNESCO-IHE Institute for Water Education (2006-2008) and the University College Maastricht (2008-2010).

Chiung Chang is a research fellow at ICIS since March 2009. She works on the Synthesis Study of ‘Vulnerability, Adaptation, Mitigation and Adaptation-Mitigation’ (VAM) programme. Chiung is an environmental economist. She holds a PhD in environmental economics and management.
